About CXBuilder

AI for Humans

Where science and art meet humanity

We are the specialists regulated enterprises call when the contact center cannot go down, the auditors are already asking, and the AI has to hold up to both.

Our story

Specialists formed where the stakes are highest.

CXBuilder was founded in 2024 by customer-experience specialists who had been delivering Amazon Connect since 2019: the hardest, most compliance-heavy CX work in the country, in contact centers where an hour of downtime is a board-level event and every change is audited.

We started CXBuilder to bring that rigor everywhere it is needed. Not with slideware or seat licenses, but with embedded specialist work: designing, building and operating mission-critical CX inside your own AWS account. Today, we serve regulated enterprises across a wide range of verticals. You are never asked to buy the whole journey to find out whether the first step works.

CXBuilder is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and holds the Amazon Connect Service Delivery designation, an AWS validation awarded only to partners with demonstrated production Amazon Connect deployments and verified customer references. We build in both AWS commercial regions and AWS GovCloud.

What has stayed constant is how we work: start from the person on the other end of the experience, move early on the decisions we can reverse, and stay answerable for the result long after the handover.

Our values

What we hold each other to

Five commitments we hire against, review against, and expect you to hold us to on every engagement.

Empathize with customers

We start every engagement in someone else’s shoes: the caller waiting on hold, the agent with six tabs open, the administrator who has to sign off on the change. Then we work backward from what they actually need.

Earn trust

Trust is the deliverable. We listen before we architect, stay vocally self-critical about our own plans, and leave the work auditable in your account — not locked in ours.

Take ownership

Embedded means accountable. We think past the current sprint, make the call when we are the ones holding the context, and nobody here says “that’s not my job.”

Be open-minded

No two environments are cookie-cutter, so we do not arrive with fixed views. We adapt to the system in front of us, and look around corners for what it becomes next.

Bias for action

Most decisions are reversible, so we move on them. Working prototypes in days rather than quarters, because alignment comes faster from something real to react to than from another round of slides.
