Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and who else processes it. It covers cxbuilder.ai, operated by CXBuilder.ai, LLC (“CXBuilder”, “we”).

What we collect

Information you send us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, organization, job title and a description of what you are working through. We use it to reply to you. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we never ask for payment details.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It records the usual web analytics fields — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser — and sets cookies in your browser to do so.

Advertising measurement. We run the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure how our advertising performs. It sets cookies and reports to LinkedIn that a browser visited this site.

Spam prevention. Submitting the contact form invokes Google reCAPTCHA v3, which scores the request to tell people from bots. Google receives request metadata as part of that check.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share contact form submissions with anyone outside CXBuilder except the providers below.

• Our service providers — the companies that host this website and deliver form submissions to our team.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Data is processed in the United States.

Cookies and your choices

Analytics and advertising cookies are set when you visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or send Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signals. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to read the site or contact us.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry, then delete them. Analytics data is retained on Google’s default schedule for our property.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to it, or to receive a copy. Email innovate@cxbuilder.ai and we will act on it. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS only, and form submissions are transmitted to our team over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential information through the contact form.

Children

This is a business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
