Process

Six to eight weeks, one line of business

1

Assess

Week 1

We inventory source flows and verify the real integration boundaries: the ones that actually gate the migration.

2

Design

Week 2

Target Amazon Connect architecture and governance design, adapted from proven blueprints rather than drawn from scratch.

3

Build

Weeks 3–5

Flows, landing and integrations built as infrastructure as code, reusing our proven libraries.

4

Validate

Week 6

Functional, parity and user acceptance testing through to sign-off.

5

Cutover

Weeks 7–8

One governed go-live, hypercare, and the plan for the waves that follow.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, NICE and others. The factory method targets the pattern, not the vendor: proprietary flow designers, vendor-specific scripts, middleware CTI. The approach holds across environments.

Because a full cutover is high-risk and hard to fund on faith. One line proves the model in your environment, with your integrations, and produces the delivery data that prices the rest of the migration honestly.

Flows, routing, queues and configuration are defined as infrastructure as code in your AWS account and promoted through gated CI/CD. No console changes. Every change is versioned, reviewable and auditable.

Six to eight weeks for one line of business, depending on integration complexity. The costed plan for the full environment is part of the deliverable.

You do. Everything runs in your AWS account, as code your team can read. There is nothing to migrate away from us if we part ways.
