SMS Terms

These terms cover the text messages sent by CXBuilder.ai, LLC (“CXBuilder”, “we”), under its own name and through Twine by CXBuilder, its service for businesses. By agreeing to receive them, you accept these terms. Each message starts with the name it is sent under: CXBuilder, Twine, or the business you are talking to.

What we send

• A link to a form, while you are on a call. When you call CXBuilder, or a business that uses Twine, the agent may offer to text you a link so you can fill in details on your phone. We send it only after you say yes.
• Verification codes.When a business’s administrator adds your mobile number to receive alerts, we text you a one-time code to confirm it is yours.
• Submission alerts. Once you have confirmed your number, we text you when a customer completes a form you asked to be told about.
• Follow-ups to your request. After you have agreed to texts from CXBuilder, we may confirm what you asked for, or the time we will call you back or meet.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How often

Message frequency varies. A call usually brings one to three messages. Alerts depend on how many submissions the business receives.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge you for the messages.

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also email innovate@cxbuilder.ai or use our contact page.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. We confirm with one final message and send nothing more. Reply START to receive them again.

Your mobile number

We do not share or sell your mobile number, or your consent to receive text messages, with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to send the messages described above. Our Privacy Policy says more.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not reach every carrier or every phone.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the effective date above.
